When I was about 8 years old, I got hooked on creating things. 48 years later, I still create. For the love of creating. For the joy of giving.
I joined the Navy one time. I successfully served for 6 1/2 years. Still know that the biggest reason for me to join the Navy was to meet Eric.
This is Eric. I married him. I love him. 34 years later, here we are. Still married and in love.
So, then, I got to have children. Elizabeth and Ben.
And THEN I got a son-in-love and a granddog. That was an added bonus!
My life is mostly about Jesus. I love Jesus. He saved me. Loves me. Takes care of me. Gives me hope in the midst of world hopelessness. Give me joy in the midst of world joylessness. I love Jesus and love telling people about Him. I give Him all of me.
I love God's Word and I love teaching it and sharing it. God's Word is everything to me. Eric is really good at teaching God's Word and that is one of the most special things about him!
Then I love to knit. Scrapbook. Crochet mats for the homeless. Crosstitch. But mostly I love to knit. And I love to make things for people I love. And the best thing about me is that I love people. I love Jesus and I love people. So I get to make lots of things. That is why I was made!
